摘要
政治辅导员队伍是高校学生思想政治工作队伍重要的组成部分,建设好这支队伍,对全面贯彻党的教育方针,全面提高办学水平和教育教学质量,维护学校稳定具有十分重要的意义。本文就高校政治辅导员队伍建设的重要性进行了阐述,同时对这支队伍中存在的问题进行了分析,并就这支队伍建设提出了一些建议。
The team of political assistant is one of very important component part of ideological and political work's teams in universities and colleges. To build this part well will have very important significance for the sake of implementing the Part's educational policies in an all round way, improving the educational teaching quality and level for running a college, and defending the college's stability. This paper discusses the importance of political assistant team's construction, at the same time, analyses the issues in the team and puts forward some of the proposals about how to foster the growth of this team.
