摘要
建立板形调节量与板形偏差特征量之间的数学模型是实现快速准确板形控制的关键。在建立板形控制传递函数概念和数学模型的基础上,提出了传递矩阵(控制矩阵)的概念和数学模型。以900mm HC六辊轧机为对象,基于GA-BP网络模型,建立了该轧机板形控制的传递矩阵,并进行了实际应用,取得了好的效果。为板形控制的研究和应用,提供了一个新的理论方法。
It is the key for realizing fast and extract flatness control to establish mathematic model between shape error character value and shape adjustments. The concept of transfer matrix and mathematic model is proposed based on founded the idea of transfer function and mathematic model. According to 900 mm HC 6-rolling as an object, based on GA-BP network model, the transfer matrix for this rolling mill has been founded and processed practical application, obtained satisfied effect. It offers a novel theory and method for flatness control and application.
