半固态金属成形研究的新进展、工业应用及其思考 被引量:78

NEW RESEARCH DEVELOPMENT, INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION AND SOME THINKING OF SEMI-SOLID METAL FORMING

摘要 对半固态成形技术近10多年来国内外研究新进展进行评述,包括半固态成形下流变学和塑性变形、制坯(浆)中的非枝晶化机制、工业应用技术中几个问题,并认为:半固态成形技术理论研究与国外相当,但应用滞后;应该重视制坯技术的原创新研究,使半固态技术向着高效、优质和低成本发展;重视高校、科研院所和工厂合作研究,对一些阻碍技术应用的瓶颈问题,组织攻关;注意引用和吸收国外先进的工艺技术和设备,尽快在我国某些厂家应用,以吸引更多厂家参与,促进半固态技术在我国的研究和应用。 Some new research development of semi-solid forming technology in recent ten years is commented, which included rheology and plastic deformation, non-dendritic mechanism of preparing billets (or slurry) and some problems of industrial application. The authors think that our country's study on semi-solid technology is synchronous to that of foreign country, but our industrial application is delayed, it is important to strengthen research on preparation of billets, make semi-solid technology develop with high efficiency, high quality and low cost, strengthen the cooperation of university, research institute and factory, organize some researchers to solve the bottleneck problems that hinder technology's application and introduce foreign technology and equipments and let more manufacturers enter in this activity to promote our country's development in the semi-solid processing field.
