摘要
现场使用的冲砂油管是未试压油管 ,其中有一些冲砂油管不能使用 ,但用普通方法难以发现 ,造成冲砂不成功和卡冲砂油管事故。文章介绍了冲砂管验漏装置的结构、工作原理、使用要求、地面试验和现场应用情况。现场应用表明 ,该装置原理可行 ,结构合理 ,工作可靠 。
The oil tube we used for sand cleanout in the field is a tube that its pressure hadn't been tested.We can't discover this unqualified tube by ordinary method,so the cleanout can't succeed and the tube is easy to be blocked.To solve this problem,we produce a leak locator for the cleanout.It can test and discover the tube that can't be used for cleanout.This paper introduce the structure?working principle?using demand?ground experiment and field application of the leak locator for cleanout.This locator has a feasible principle?logical structure and reliable performance and could be widely used.
