摘要
润滑油糠醛精制是提高润滑油质量的重要途径 ,但是糠醛易于氧化生成糠酸和树脂状氧化物 ,使设备腐蚀、结焦并影响润滑油产品的质量。为了抑制糠醛氧化 ,在糠醛中加入由不同胺类化合物配比而成的复合抗氧剂。实验结果表明 :复合抗氧剂FKY -1 ,FKY -4和FKY -1 0具有较好的抑制糠醛氧化生成糠酸和树脂状氧化物的作用。将以上 3种复合抗氧剂用于润滑油糠醛精制 ,FKY -1和FKY -4使用效果比较好 ,使精制润滑油具有较低的折光率和较高的运动粘度 。
Furfural refining of lubricant is an import method to improve the quality of lubricant. However, furfural is easily oxidized to produce furoic acid and resin oxides which will result in corrosion and coking of equipment and affect the quality of lubricant product. In order to control the oxidation of furfural, composite anti-oxidants consist of different amine compounds are added into furfural. Twelve different composite anti-oxidants were studied in the experiment. The results show that FKY-1, FKY-4 and FKY-10 has better effect on furfural oxidation stability. They were used in the furfural refining of lubricant. It shows that FKY-1 and FKY-4 has better performances in improving product quality, because the refined lubricant has not only lower refractive index but also higher kinetic viscosity.
