摘要
目的对比分析围产期孕妇生殖道无乳链球菌(GBS)选择性增菌显色培养自动检测法与普通细菌培养法的检测效果,为临床选择合适的检测方法提供依据。方法对2017年4—12月于我院就诊的672例孕35~37周妇女,取阴道中下1/3处分泌物及直肠拭子同时采用选择性增菌显色培养自动检测法与普通细菌培养法进行GBS检测,比较两种方法的检测结果。结果 672例样本通过选择性增菌显色培养自动检测系统检出GBS阳性89例,阳性率为13.24%,普通细菌培养法检出GBS阳性65例,阳性率为9.67%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),其中,有24例(3.57%)必须经由选择性肉汤培养基增菌后方可分离检出;选择性增菌显色培养自动检测系统明显能够缩短报阳时间。结论对于GBS的检测,用选择增菌培养自动检测法有较高的检出率,可更好的为临床诊治提供依据。
Objective To compare and analyze the detection results of the selective growth and color culture and the common bacterial culture method of the genital tract of streptococcus agalactiae(GBS)in perinatal women,and to provide a basis for clinical selection of appropriate detection methods.Methods 672 pregnant women aged 35 to 37 weeks who were admitted to our hospital from April to December 2017,the secretions and rectal swabs in the lower third of the vagina were simultaneously detected by selective enzymatic color culture.The GBS test was performed by the method and the common bacterial culture method,and the test results of the two methods were compared.Results Of the 672 samples,89 cases were positive for GBS by selective enzymatic color culture,and the positive rate was 13.24%.65 cases were positive for GBS by common bacterial culture method,the positive rate was 9.67%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),of which 24 cases(3.57%)had to be separated after being sterilized by selective broth culture medium;the selective enhanced color culture automatic detection system can significantly shorten the time of reporting.Conclusion For the detection of GBS,the automatic detection method with selective enrichment culture has a higher detection rate,which can better provide a basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
