吉林地区全科医生工作满意度的调查分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的了解吉林地区全科医生工作满意度的现状,为进一步提高全科医生工作效率,减轻工作压力提供依据。方法该研究利用随机整群抽样法于2016年9月—2017年5月从吉林地区13所社区卫生服务中心抽取152名全科医生进行问卷调查。结果全科医生的总体满意度得分(3.31±0.16)分,其中最低三个维度分别是工作条件(2.92±0.92)分,晋升(2.91±0.70)分及报酬(2.86±0.96)分。一般人口学特征方面,不同学历全科医生的工作满意度得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同职称全科医生的工作满意度得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论吉林地区全科医生工作满意度偏低,其中对报酬与晋升方面的工作满意度最低。全科医生学历越高对工作满意度越低,职称越高对工作满意度越高。 Objective This paper tries to investigate the job satisfaction of general practitioners in Jilin area and to provide basis for improving the work efficiency and reducing work pressure of general practitioner. Methods The study used randomization sampling to extract 152 general practitioners from 13 community health service centres in during September 2016 to May 2017 Jilin area. Results General practitioner's overall satisfaction score was(3.31±0.16)points, the lowest index were the working condition of(2.92±0.92)points, job promotion of(2.91±0.70)points and job salary of(2.86±0.96)points. In general demographic characteristics, there were statistically significant different in the degree of education of general practitioners in job satisfaction scores(P<0.05). There were statistically significant difference in different titles of general practitioners in job satisfaction scores(P<0.05). Conclusion Job satisfaction of general practitioners are low in Jilin area, the lowest index are job promotion and job salary. The higher degrees these practitioners have, the lower job satisfaction they have. The higher titles they have, the higher job satisfaction they have.
