摘要
目的以中药玉竹为原料制备玉竹沐浴露并进行成品的质量检测。方法以玉竹多糖含量为指标,通过正交试验对其最佳提取工艺进行考察;筛选沐浴露基质并进行单因素试验,优选最佳沐浴露制备条件;对沐浴露成品进行外观、气味、稳定性等检测。结果玉竹多糖最佳提取工艺液料比1:20(g:m L),提取时间20 min,提取次数2次,醇沉浓度85%;沐浴露基质的选择与配比合理。结论该沐浴露制备工艺完整,质量检测符合相关标准,研制成功。
Objective Using Chinese medicine Yuzhu as raw material to prepare Yuzhu shower gel and quality inspection of finished products was carried out. Methods The optimum extraction process was investigated by orthogonal test and odoratan content was taken as an indicator; the shower gel matrix was screened and single factor test was carried out, the best preparation of shower gel was selected; the appearance, smell and stability of the finished products were tested. Results Optimum extracting condition of odoratan: liquid material ratio was 1:20(g:m L), the extraction time was 20 min, for twice, the alcohol precipitation concentration was 85%; the selection and ratio of shower gel matrix were reasonable. Conclusion Shower gel preparation process is complete, quality inspection conforms to relative standards, the preparation of shower gel is successful.
