摘要
通过使用一套成熟的脉冲涡流检测系统平台,通过进行实验,对外壁带有不同损伤宽度的Q235B钢板试件进行检测,根据探头接收线圈获取的感应电压幅值与带包覆层设备外壁损伤宽度之间存在的数学关系,利用多项式函数与Sine函数模型进行拟合曲线对比,实现了对带包覆层设备外壁损伤宽度的定量检测。
In this study,a series of Q235B steel plate specimens with different defect widths of the outer wall were tested by using a set of mature pulsed eddy current testing system platform.According to the mathematical relation between the inductive voltage amplitude of the probe receiving coil and the damage width of the outer wall of the insulation equipment.this Research use the polynomial function to compare the Sine function model to realize the quantitative detection insulation equipment the width of the outer wall damage.
