摘要
目的 探讨砀山县补碘前儿童碘营养状况。方法 按不同地理位置抽取 3个乡 (镇 ) ,每个乡 (镇 )抽取一所小学 ,每所小学抽取 10岁儿童 40名 ,调查儿童尿碘、甲状腺肿大率和TSH。结果 儿童尿碘中位数 72 7.3 5 μg/L ,尿碘超过 80 0 μg/L的占 43 .3 %,最高达到 13 48.41μg/L ,儿童甲状腺肿大率触诊法和B超声法分别为 17.5 %和 16.8%,TSH均值 1.3 9mU/L ,大于 5 .0mU/L仅占 1.0 1%。结论 该县儿童甲状腺肿是由摄入的碘量过多引起 ,存在高碘地方性甲状腺肿。
Objective To investigate iodine nutrition status of schoolchildren.Methods Firstly,we sampled 3 communities according to different geographical areas in whole county,and then we randomly selected 40 children with 10 years in each community.These schoolchildren were studied urinary iodine content,goiter and TSH level in blood.Results The medians of urinary iodine in the 10-year-old children were 727.4 μg/L,there were 43.3% samples in which urinary iodine excretion was over 800 μg/L,the highest urinary iodine value was 1348.41 μg/L in all schoolchildren.The goiter prevalence was 17.5% and 20.8% respectively by palpation and ultrasonography.The average TSH level in blood was 1.39 μg/L,TSH value in 1.01 percent blood samples was 5.0 μg/L.Conclusions The goiter in the schoolchildren was caused by iodine excess in Dangshan county.It demonstrated that there was endemic goiter with iodine excess.
