摘要
基于层次分析的理论与方法 ,在工程机械管理效率评价指标体系的基础上 ,综合考虑评价过程中的定性指标及定量指标 ,建立合理的综合评价模型 。
With the theory and method of analytic hierarchy process(AHP),an appropriate model of synthetic evaluation is established on the basis of evaluating index system of management efficiency of construction machinery,fully taking into consideration of qualitative and quantitative indexes,to provide scientific methods and ways for proper evaluation and decision.
