摘要
分析测定了内蒙古庭园常见野生蔬菜艹扁 蓄、猪毛菜、马齿苋、龙葵、地肤、藜、反枝苋和野葵的营养成分,包括水分、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、粗纤维、灰分、无氮浸出物、钙、磷、维生素C和17种氨基酸的含量.测定结果表明,庭园野生蔬菜维生素C含量超过一般栽培蔬菜,必需氨基酸和限制性氨基酸含量都比较高,是一类既有营养又有保健作用的食物资源.
The present paper analyzed the nutritional components of wild edible herbs grown in the home gardens in Inner Mongolia.Those are Polygonatum aviculare,Salsola collina,Portulaca oleracea,Solanum nigrum,Kochia scoparia,Chenopodium album,Amaranthus retroflexus and Malva verticillata.The nutritional components included moisture content,crude protein,crude fat,crude fiber,ash,no nitrogen extract,Ca,P,Vitamin C and 17 types of amino acid have been analyzed.The result of analysis show that the wild vegetables grows in the home-garden have both vegetative function and effect of health care because of content of their Vc richer than common cultivated vegetable species and the high content of essential amino acid.
