摘要
文章采用555定时器与待测电容相连构成矩形波振荡器,通过AT89S51单片机对矩形波频率进行计算求得待测电容值,采用74LS153进行量程转换控制并采用LCD1602显示测量结果。
In this design, the 555 timer and the capacitance of the capacitor are connected to the rectangular wave oscillator. The AT89S51 microcontroller is used to calculate the capacitance value. The 74LS153 is used to measure the range conversion control and the LCD1602 is used to display the measurement results.
