摘要
高校辅导员工作是全校学生工作乃至全部工作的基础。辅导员的工作越来越宽、工作量是越来越大。要用合适方法将辅导员从繁杂劳累的琐事中解放出来,提高工作效率。辅导员要做好学生工作,首先要和学生建立良好的师生关系,使学生亲其师信其道。对学生的培养要以常规管理为抓手,重视养成教育。
Tutoring work is the basis for all the work in colleges. With tutors’ responsibilities being extended,workload getting heavier,proper methods are required to release tutors from the miscellaneous work and even improve their work efficiency. A good and close relationship between students and tutors is the precondition for effective student management which starts from routine work and lays stress on the nurturance.
