摘要
本文首先分析了现代汽车技术的发展情况和维修服务业的特点及其工作过程,根据人才培养的现状和岗位对人才的要求,提出高职汽车维修人才的正确定位。它应该以培养"汽车医生"和技术管理者应用能力为中心,注重综合思维分析能力的培养,构筑理论和实践两大教学体系,并纠正高职教育中的几个误区,从而实现高职教育的培养目标,为"汽车后市场"输送应用型高级技术人才。
This paper first analyses the developing situation of modern automobile technology and the features and its working process of maintenance service.Then according to the present situation of talents development and the job demands to the talents,this paper proposes the right positioning for the automobile talents in higher vocational school.It is the main task for the college to train the students to be "automobile doctor" and develop the students’ practical ability of technical management and their analysis ability of integrate thinking.Several mistakes should be corrected in college teaching and two teaching systems-theory and practice,should be constructed in order to realize its training aims,which will finally develop practical senior talents for the automotive after-market.
