高职国贸专业“双师型”教师队伍建设面临的问题和出路

摘要 高职院校'双师型'教师队伍的水平直接影响着复合型人才的培养。目前国内高职院校国际贸易专业'双师型'教师队伍建设存在对'双师型'标准认识不统一、教师队伍数量与质量不均衡等诸多问题,这严重制约了国际贸易专业'双师型'教师队伍的建设与进步。高职院校应通过积极推进高职教师结构改革,完善'双师型'教师培训机制,建立科学的考核机制等,打造一支高水平、专业能力过硬的师资队伍。 The level of double-qualification teachers in vocational colleges directly affects the cultivation of compound talents. At present there are lots of problems in construction of double qualification teachers team in international trade. For example, the standard and understanding of double qualification teachers are not unified, and the quantity and quality of the teachers are imbalanced, which seriously restrict the construction and progress of double qualified teachers in our country. Therefore, higher vocational colleges should actively promote the reform of higher vocational teachers’ structure, perfect training mechanism of double qualification teachers and establish a scientific evaluation mechanism to build a high level and professional ability of excellent teachers.
