摘要
以硅胶为载体 ,钛酸四丁酯为原料 ,用溶胶 -凝胶法制备负载型 Ti O2 ,在 UV- Ti O2 体系中对吡啶 (PD)进行光催化降解 ,并研究了降解体系的紫外吸收光谱和 p H值对光催化降解体系的影响。结果表明 :负载型 Ti O2 光催化剂加入量为 60 mg/40 ml,吡啶的光催化降解反应符合一级动力学方程 ;吡啶中氮转化成氨氮。碱性条件下的降解率高于酸性条件下的降解率 ;Ti O2 负载后利用率提高了 6倍左右。
This paper studied the preparation of TiO 2 photocatalyst coated on the silica gel surface by sol-gel technique using tetrabutyl titanate as material.In the suspension systems of silica gel coated TiO 2,photocatalytic degradation of pyridine(PD) with medical violet lamp was studied.And the violet spectrum of pyridine and its products of photocatalytic degradation was studied,also the effect of pH value on the photocatalytic degradation reaction was studied.The results shows that the amount of catalyst is 60mg/40ml,the photocatalytic degradation reaction is a first-order reaction,and nitrogen in pyridine converts to ammonia nitrogen.The degradation efficiency in alkali is better than in acid.The utilization ratio of the catalyst which coated on silica gel is seven times of TiO 2 powers.
