摘要
正确处理环境与贸易的关系对于保护环境资源、促进贸易发展具有十分重要的作用。发展自由贸易虽然会增加环境成本 ,但如果通过环境成本内部化发展绿色贸易 ,在环境立法中引入市场机制 ,就能找到解决绿色贸易壁垒问题的真正办法 ,实现环境保护与贸易发展的双赢局面。
It plays an essential part in environment protection and trade promotion to properly deal with the relationship between environment and trade. To develop free trade will increase environment cost, but if a green trade by means of internalization of environment cost is developed and the market mechanism is introduced in environment legislation, a real way to solve the green trade barrier will be found and both environment protection and trade development will be realized.
