摘要
本文报道了一种利用微铂电极作为支撑制备双层类脂膜免疫传感器来测定乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)的新方法。该法将乙肝表面抗体(HBsAb)嵌入双层类脂膜(BLM)中,利用抗体抗原的特异性结合而产生的电位变化来检测HBsAg。该法能初步鉴定阳性和阴性对照血清,重现性好。
The present work reported a new method to detect the HB_sAg by micro-Pt supported biayer lipid immunosenor.The HB_sAb was incorparated into the bilayer lipid membrane (BLM),thus the HB_sAg was detected by the electric potential change caused by the idiosyncratic combination of and Ag.This method can distinguish the positive and negative contrast serum and have a good reproductivity.
