摘要
用不同浓度的NAA对红椤木石楠的单芽插条进行了处理 ,试验结果表明 ,NAA对红椤木石楠单芽插条愈伤组织形成影响不明显 ,但对生根有显著影响 ,以 12 0 0mg·kg-1NAA对红椤木石楠单芽插条的生根效果较好。
The fast treatment dipping the lower of the Photinia davidsoniae cuttings with single bud into different density of NAA has been carried out.The result shows that NAA played great important role in the rooting of cuttings,but little effects on the callus formation of cuttings.1 200 mg·kg -1 is better to rooting the Photinia davidsoniae cuttings with single bud.
