摘要
在钻完井及修井过程中,涠洲12-1油田储层受到了一定程度的损害,这影响了该油田的投资回收和原油产量.文中根据该油田的地质情况、实际施工工艺及室内实验结果,重点分析了钻井液液相侵入产生的乳化堵塞对低压、低渗油层产能的影响,提出了提高钻井液暂堵性能,采用防漏的一次性不压井管柱完井工艺,以及使用防漏压井液等防治措施.这一研究成果为该油田新开发井的顺利投产、老井修井效果的提高,以及减少修井工作量提供了技术支持,对该地区同类油田的有效开发具有借鉴意义.
During drilling, completion and workover of wells, some reservoir damages have been caused in Weizhou 12?1 oilfield, resulting in a negative impact on the investment recovery and oil production. According to the geological conditions, actual engineering processes and laboratory results, the effects of emulsion plugging, produced by fluid_phase invasion of drilling mud, on the productivity of low_pressure and low_permeability reservoirs are analyzed, and some control measures are proposed, such as improving temporary plugging of drilling fluid, utilizing the completion technology with a leakproof string, and using a leakproof workover fluid. This study has provided a technical support for successfully bring new exploitation wells on stream, improving workover effects of old wells, and reducing workover treatment in the oilfield, and can be used for a meaningful reference to similar oilfields in the same area.
