摘要
通过薄板层析扫描法初筛,高效液相法验证和测定,得到一株能转化生产d-伪麻黄碱的菌株。该菌株具有立体选择性和不对称还原1-苯基-2-甲氨基丙酮(MAK)为d-伪麻黄碱的特性。在合适的转化条件下,转化液中的d-伪麻黄碱浓度为90.6 mg/L,摩尔转化率达到59.7%。表明该菌株是一株优良的d-伪麻黄碱产生菌。
TLC and HPLC methods were used and a strain named Morganella Morganii J-8 was selected to produce d-pseudoephedrine. Strain J-8 has the stereoselective and asymmetric reductive ability of prochiral carbonyl compound, l-phenyl-2-methylamine-acetone (MAK) to d-pseudoephedrine. The final concentration of d-pseudoephedrine in bio-conversion was 90.6 mg/L while conversion rate was 59.7% based on MAK added. It indicated that J-8 was a good strain to produce d-pseudoephedrine.
