微创经皮肾穿刺技术治疗复杂输尿管上段“石街” 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :探讨微创经皮肾穿刺 (mini PCN)技术治疗复杂输尿管上段“石街”的可行性和安全性。方法 :对 38例复杂输尿管上段“石街”采用mini PCN技术取石。结果 :结石一次取净率 10 0 % ,无输尿管穿孔、狭窄、术后大出血及尿瘘。术后持续发热 2例 ,经保守治疗好转出院。结论 :mini PCN技术治疗复杂输尿管上段“石街”具有创伤小、操作安全可靠、结石一次取净率高等优点 ,是治疗复杂输尿管上段“石街”的较好方法。 Objective:To assess the efficacy and safety of the treatment of the complex ureteral steinstrasse with minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy (mini-PCNL).Methods:From January 2001 to June 2003,38 patients of complex ureteral steinstrasse were treated by mini-PCN were analysed.Results:All cases were stone-free with one procedure,and no complications such as ureter perforation, severe bleeding,stenosis,and urinary fistula happened.Two patients with postoperative high fever were treated conservatively.Conclusions:Complex ureteral steinstrasse can be safely and effectively treated with minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy.
