摘要
用盆栽法设置3种土壤相对含水量(W1:土壤含水量为田间持水量的75%左右;W2:土壤含水量为田间持水量的50%左右;W3:土壤含水量为田间持水量的25%左右),研究了青檀、落羽杉和绒毛白蜡1年生苗生长及生理指标的动态变化,比较了3个树种之间抗旱能力的大小。结果表明:在干旱胁迫下,各树种间相对根系活力以青檀最大,绒毛白蜡次之,落羽杉最小;对细胞膜伤害程度表现为落羽杉最严重,绒毛白蜡次之,青檀最轻;SOD含量以青檀最高,绒毛白蜡次之,落羽杉较差;MDA含量则以落羽杉最高,绒毛白蜡次之,青檀最低;生长表现为青檀最好,绒毛白蜡次之,落羽杉较弱。
The relative root activity,leaf cell permeability,SOD activity,MDA contents and seedling growth of Pteroceltis tatarinowii,Taxodium distichum and Fraxinus velutina under drought conditions were studied.The abilities to droughtresistance of these species were compared and the main conclusions were drawn as follows:The order of relative root activity was P.tatarinowii,F.velutina and T.distichum;The order of leaf relative conductivity rates was:P.tatarinowii<F.velutina<T.distichum;The SOD activity was in order of P.tatarinowii,F.velutina and T.distichum;The MDA contents was in order of P.tatarinowii,F.velutina and T.distichum;The effects of drought stress on their growth were in order of P.tatarinowii,F.velutina and T.distichum.The conclusions shew that their abilities to drought stress was in order of P.tatarinowii,F.velutina and T.distichum.
