甘薯抗疮痂病的活性氧代谢研究 被引量:8

摘要 采用田间栽培,研究抗疮痂病不同的两个甘薯品种金山1255(感病品种)和湘薯88-70(抗病品种)染病后活性氧代谢变化。研究表明,在甘薯疮痂病胁迫下,甘薯叶片过氧化氢、超氧阴离子自由基等活性氧积累,且感病品种的积累量高于抗病品种。清除活性氧的酶系统,包括超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶活性有不同程度下降,其中以感病品种的变化幅度较大。但是过氧化物酶的活性在感病品种中大幅度上升。在感病过程中,保护性非酶物质抗坏血酸含量、类胡萝卜素含量呈先升高后下降趋势;谷胱甘肽含量在感病品种中呈下降趋势而在抗病品种中呈先下降后上升趋势。叶片膜脂过氧化水平加剧,丙二醛含量增加,质膜透性增大。 Through field experiments, two sweet potato varieties with different responses to sweet potato scab stress(xiangshu 88-70-disease resistant; jingshan 1 255-disease sensitive) were used as experimental materials to study the metabolism of active oxygen. Under sweet potato scab stress, the activities of superpoxide dismutase(SOD), catalase(CAT), and ascorbate peroxidase(ASP) decreased in different degrees in both two varieties; but the peroxidase(POD) increased at both varieties, especially at disease sensitive. The contents of protective materials ascorbic acid(ASA), glutathione(GSH), and carotenoid(CAR) decreased too. Then, on one hand, the contents of hydrogen peroxide(H_2O_2) and superoxide anion radical(O_2^-·) accumulated, which increased the permeability and the lipid peroxidetion of the plasma membrance(PMP) and promotted the accumulation of malonadehyde(MDA).
