摘要
本文提出以CaO、MgO作为检测茶叶掺杂物石膏、滑石粉的标识物,采用干灰化法处理茶样,并用络合滴定法对CaO、MgO进行测定,经长期实际检测表明,检测结果稳定可靠,并经与火焰原子吸收分光光度法比对,结果满意。该法简便易用,适合一般茶叶厂家及相关检测部门采用。
This article adduces that we can regard CaO, Mgo as the marker of tea's adulterant such as gesso and talcum powder. We can treat tea to the dry ash of tea. And CaO, MgO can be determined by complex titration. A long-term practice declare that the result of inspect is stable and reliable. Also the contrast result is satisfactory when we contrast it with the result in atomic-absorption flame spectrum. This method is simple and convenient and it is propitious to the tea mill or inspection institute.
