摘要
噻 莝 兰法主要用于动物细胞的生物学及医学研究。文中尝试对该方法进行改进 ,以建立一种适用于在含壳聚糖不溶物的发酵液中菌数统计的新方法。对实验数据的数理统计分析表明 ,原方法改进后完全适用 ,且具有简单、准确的优点。有希望应用于食品发酵、卫生检疫方面的科研、生产。
