摘要
介绍了利用波谱图判断机械故障的几种方法。机械波形成的原因十分复杂 ,并非都有一一对应的关系 ,分析疑难机械波 ,只有缩小故障发生的范围 ,不大可能直接从理论上准确判断机械故障产生的部位 ,这就要求技术人员除了要善于积累经验 ,熟悉常见的机械波波长、波形和不匀率曲线的特征 ,掌握基波、谐波、假波及周期波等机械波的分析方法 ,从而达到稳定和提高成纱质量的目的。
Some methods of judging mechanical fault using spectrogram are introduced. The cause of mechanical wave is complex and it has no corresponding relations. Analysing the knotty mechanical wave, only had decrease the fault range but impossible to accurately judge the fault position in theory directly. In order to stabilize and improve yarn quality, the technicians are required to be good at accumulating experiences and knowing well common wave-length, wave pattern and irregularity curve characteristics, skillfully grasping the basic wave, false wave, harmonic wave and periodic wave.
