摘要
原料采购计划问题是寻找最小费用原料采购计划.大型钢铁企业原料采购计划问题的特点是品种多,数量大,费用高.论文建立了大型钢铁企业原料采购计划模型,从供应链观点出发,考虑铁前原料物流过程建立数学模型;在模型求解方法上,针对所建模型的大规模特性,采用列生成算法求解;实例计算表明该模型和算法的有效性.
The raw material purchasing planning problem is search for the minimum-cost raw materials purchasing plan. The features of raw materials purchasing plan problem of the large-scale steel-iron enterprises are multi-item, large-quantity and high-cost. This paper formulates this raw material purchasing plan problems. The contributions of this paper include: (1) In the viewpoint of the supply chain, considers the logistics of raw materials before iron to formulate the problem. (2) In the solution approaches, because of the size of the problem is too large, a column generation-based approach is proposed and used. Computational results of a practical problem show that the model and approach are effective.
