转基因稻米与其轮回亲本蛋白质组分的等同性分析 被引量:2

摘要 “实质等同性”是GM食品 (GeneticallyModifiedFood)安全性检测的基本原则 ,本文通过比较转基因水稻品系与其轮回亲本的种子蛋白质指纹图谱 ,从遗传和生化水平上鉴定转基因水稻种子与其轮回亲本间的等同性。结果表明 ,通过常规杂交转育手段将转基因导入水稻品种后 ,经过选育转基因稻米的可溶性蛋白质组分可与轮回亲本达成一致 ,仅个别组分的含量发生改变。 The'substantial equivalence'is the basic principle in the safety test of GM foods.The authors of the present paper compared the seed protein fingerprints of the transgenic rice and their rotation parents,and identified their equivalence at the genetic and biochemical level.The results show that the transgenic rice carrying protein ingredients equivalent to their rotation parents can be cultivated by normal gene transfer breeding method,although the content of several protein ingredients may be different.The probability of using the protein fingerprint analysis technique to watch the safety of transgenic breeding and to analyse the substantial equivalence of GM foods is discussed.
