摘要
本文简介了瞬态记录仪的产生及发展,并介绍了它的核心部件模数转换器在瞬态记录仪中的应用。扼要叙述了高速逐次比较型,全并行,串并行模数转换器的工作原理和其它超高速模拟信号缓冲器,以及模数转换器误差分析中的“有效位”概念。
This treatice provides a brief introduction on the emergence and development of transient recorder, and the application of its core part 'Analog-To-Digital Converter' to the transient recorder. It explains abstraitively the working principle of A/D converter of full-parallel, seriesparallel and successive approximation type. It also introduces other super high-speed analog signal transient storage equipments and explains the concept 'Effective Bit' in the error analysis of A/D converter as well.
