摘要
城市沥青道路路面下埋设了各种管道,因设计不妥,回填材料选用不严及施工不当等引起沥青路面网裂、下沉损坏.为减少、减轻这种病害,必须做好下封层设计施工和基层纵向边缘排水的设计;回填料的选用应严格按级配标准;回填施工必须科学合理,以保证填土及沥青层达到足够的压实度.通过技术控制和质量控制,做到"封"、"排"、"提"、"两严格"相结合,提高埋设管道路段沥青路面的完好率.
Improper backfilling of pipeline pits usnally will lead to net-shaped cracks and local settlements in bituminous pavement.For the reduction of these failures, Investigations are made from the aspects of design and construction of sealing layers, longitudinal drainage in base course border, choice of backfilling materials and backfilling operation. Combination of measures as 'sealing', 'drainage', 'improvement'and 'two strict requirements'are presented for the improvement of bituminous pavement quality and(reduction of net-shaped cracks and local settlements)with pipelines below.
