摘要
研究了热压状态及热处理后Al65Cu20Cr15准晶颗粒增强Al基复合材料在干摩擦时的耐磨性和磨损机制.研究表明,时效时间越长该复合材料的耐磨性越好;退火处理条件下复合材料的耐磨性最好.在干摩擦条件下,该复合材料的磨损机制是以磨粒磨损为主,伴有粘着磨损和氧化磨损.
The wear resistance and wear mechanism of Al-Al_)65)Cu_)20)Cr_)15) quasicrystalline composite with hot pressure and heat treatment under dry sliding conditions were investigated. The result can be presented as follows: the longer the aging time was the higher wear resistance this composite had, and wear resistance of this composite was the best in the state of annealing. the wear mechanism of this composite under dry sliding conditions was mainly abrasive particles wear, accompanying adhesive wear and oxidation wear.
