摘要
按照 CF6 2钢的技术要求 ,设计了一种 6 2 0 MPa级低焊接裂纹敏感性钢。采用微合金化结合控轧控冷工艺 ,免去了淬火工序 ,以晶粒细化、沉淀强化、位错强化和贝氏体组织强化为主要手段 ,并对钢的可焊性进行了评价。产品已应用于水电站压力钢管系统及 10
According to specification of 620 MPa steel, a 620 MPa steel with low welding crack susceptibility was designed. The controlled rolling and controlled cooling were adopt, to replace quenching for grain refinement, precipitation ,hardening ,dislocation hardening and bainite technical requirements of CF62.It meets with success by adopting microstructure strengthening. The weldability of the steel was also evaluated. The steel has been used for pressure pipe-line of hydropower station and 108 t self-discharging trucks.
