摘要
根据4种户外用聚酯粉末涂料在湿热气候环境中3年的大气暴露试验结果,分析了保光率的变化规律,同时与氙灯老化试验、紫外/冷凝老化试验的结果进行了比较。着重讨论了在所选择的试验条件下,并以保光率作为耐候性评价指标时,氙灯老化试验和紫外/冷凝老化试验对聚酯粉末涂料在湿热气候环境中的大气暴露过程的模拟性和相关性,并讨论了试验条件对模拟性和相关性的影响。
This article has analyzed, based on the atmospheric exposure results of polyester powder coatings in hot and humid environment for three years, the change regularity of gloss retention, and compared with the results of accelerated xenon lamp test and UV/con-densation test. It was focused on discussion of the correlation and simulation of these two exposure tests, and discussed the influences of the test conditions on the correlation and simulation effectiveness.
