籼稻体细胞培养选育温敏感核不育系的初步研究 被引量:1

摘要 用D汕B的成熟种胚为外植体进行组织培养,从再生植株后代分离出的核不育株中筛选出的温敏感核不育系,定名为T汕S。温度是诱导T汕S敏感期育性转换的主导因素,其日平均临界温度是26℃。当日平均温度高于26℃时,表现为不育;日平均温度低于24℃时,表现为可育;日平均温度在24—26℃之间时,表现为部分可育。 The thermosensitive genic male-sterile lines screened from the genic male-sterile materials derived from the regenerated plants through somatic culture with the embryos of mature seeds of DshanB as explants were named TshanS. Temperature was the leading factor inducing fertility transrormation of TshanS, and the critical daily mean temperature inducing rertility transformation was 26℃. When the daily mean temperature was over 26℃, sterility was exhibited. When the daily mean temperature was below 24℃, fertility was exhibited. When the daily mean temperature was between. 24℃ and 26℃, partial fertility was exhibited.
