摘要
[目的]研究抗人骨肉瘤单克隆抗体6E7mAb的特异性。[方法]免疫组化法检测单克隆抗体6E7mAb与骨肉瘤细胞系、骨肉瘤组织、其它肿瘤、正常组织的反应性。[结果]6E7mAb对应抗原在骨肉瘤组织中高度表达,中度以上染色者占阳性总数的77%以上,在部分其它恶性肿瘤中也有较高的表达。[结论]单克隆抗体6E7mAb具有骨肉瘤细胞特异亲合性和恶性肿瘤细胞特异性。
To investigate the specificity of anti-osteosarcoma mon oclonal antibody(6E7mAb).The reactions of6E7mAb to osteosarcoma tissues ,to other cancer tissues and to some normal human body tissues were measured by enzyme-labelled immunohistochemical staining on formaldehyde-fixed sections.The6E7mAb'corresponding antigen was specifically and highly expressed in human osteosarcoma.The antigen was expressed in some other malignant tissues to o.Moderate stanings accounted for over77percent of overall positive stanings.[Co n-clusion]6E7mAb has high specificity osteosarcoma to and other malignant tumor s.
