摘要
采用二维弹塑性有限元法分析了单道次固定锥模短芯棒拔管的拉拔过程.通过分析拉拔系统的受力情况绘制了整个拉拔过程的拔制力———载荷步曲线,提出一种计算拔制力的方法.此外,比较了4种拔制力计算方法,指出本文提供的计算方法适用于所有固定模具拉拔情况.讨论了拉拔工艺参数(摩擦系数、模锥角)对拔制力的影响,对拉拔工艺设计和模具优化设计具有实用价值.
The FEM of two-dimensional elastic-plastic is applied to analyze the single-pass plug drawing of a tube with a fixed die and a short mandrel ;by analyzing the force of drawing system ,the curve of drawing force and substep is drawn,and the drawing force is calculated. Besides,four ways to calculate drawing force are compared,it is pointed out that the method presented in this paper can be used when the die is fixed .
