摘要
在 75t/h和 130t/h循环流化床 (CFB)锅炉上对屏式过热器的传热系数进行了测量。结果表明 ,屏的烟气侧换热系数与屏所在位置、床温、烟气的固体携带量有直接关系 ,屏的位置越低、床温越高、烟气的固体携带量越大 ,屏的烟气侧换热系数越大。研究结果对CFB锅炉的设计具有参考价值。
The calculation of heat transfer coefficient for platen heating surface in combuster of circuilating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler has great influence upon the design and operation of said CFB boiler. The measurement of heat transfer coefficient for platen heating surface in 75 t/h and 130t/h CFB boilers has been carried out. The results show that the heat transfer coefficient on the gasside of platen heating surface has direct relationship with its location, bed temperature, and solid porticles carried in the flue gas. The said coefficient increases along with less distance from the grid, and higher bed temperature, as well as with large quantity of solid particles carried in the flue gas. These results have reference value for design of CFB boilers.
