摘要
目的 :建立人工牛黄药材制剂中胆红素的含量测定方法。方法 :采用高效液相色谱 (HPLC )法 ,MICROSORB MVC1 8(4 .6mm× 15 0mm ,5 μm) ,以甲醇 四氢呋喃 0 .5 %醋酸 (80∶10∶10 )为流动相 ,检测波长 45 0nm ,流速 :1.0mL·min 1 。结果 :胆红素在 0 .12~ 1.2 0 μg范围内具有良好线性关系 (r =0 .9997) ,平均回收率 97.64 % (RSD =0 .64 % )。结论 :该测定方法简便 ,快速 ,准确。
Objective:To establish HPLC method for the determination of bilirubin in rengongniuhuang and its preparation. Method:Bilirubin in rengongniuhuang and its preparation was assayed by RP-HPLC with a MICROSORB-MV C 18 column (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm). Methyl acohol- tetrahydrofuran-0.5% acetic acid (80∶10∶10) was used as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min -1. The detection wavelength was 450 nm. Results:The linear range of bilirubin was 0.12~1.20 μg(r=0.999 7). The average recovery(n=3) was 97.64% (RSD=0.64%). Conclusion:The method is rapid, simple and accurate.
