摘要
冲压工艺设计是汽车覆盖件模具设计与制造的基础 ,也是决定覆盖件能否顺利成形的关键。本文通过对汽车覆盖件工艺设计过程中关键技术 ,如成形性能分析、工艺方案设计、工序件设计及CAPP系统研究现状的讨论 。
Stamping process planning of automobile panel are th e foundation of the die's design and manufacturing, and the key point for panel's forming satisfactorily. The present process studies on automobile panel forming such as forming ability analysis, process planning, process particular designs a nd the actuality computer aided process planning are discussed, and the trends i n press process planning for automobile panels are also analyzed in this paper.
