摘要
在光学显微镜和扫描电镜下,观察了产于福建的蒲桃属7种植物的叶表皮特征.结果表明:1)气孔器只分布在植物叶下表皮,多为平列型,气孔指数13.7%~24.28%;2)表皮细胞形状主要为不规则形,也有多边形,垂周壁式样近平直、浅波状或波状;3)角质膜纹饰和保卫细胞表面蜡质纹饰主要呈小穴状、平滑或鳞片状.这些特征种间差异较大,且性状稳定,可作为种间区别的重要依据.
Micromorphological characters of leaf epidermis of 7 species of Syzygium in Fujian were examined by LM and SEM.The main conclusions are as follows:1)The stomatal apparatus of 7 species of Syzygium,only restricted to the lower leaf epidermis,was assigned to paracytic type. The stomatal index was between 13.7%and 24.28%;2)The shape of epidermal cells with the nearly straight or sinuolate or sinuate pattern of anticlinal wall was generally irregular,sometimes polygonal;3)The wax ornamentation of the cuticular membrane of the leaf epidermis and the surface of the guard cell was mainly cavernulous,sometimes scaly or smooth. Those characters are variant between species and possess the classific value of species.
