摘要
研究了Q235钢在熔融盐中电镀铝的工艺参数及电镀层的耐蚀性和抗高温氧化性。研究表明,镀层的相结构为单相铝。镀层的厚度是由电镀工艺参数决定的。Q235钢经电镀铝后,其耐蚀性和抗高温氧化性显著提高。在熔融盐中电镀铝后,钢铁件可以从熔融盐中直接取出淬火,从而可以使钢铁件除了获得热处理的所有性能之外,表层还具有良好的耐蚀性。
The electroplating aluminum layer on Q235 steel surface in NaClKCl molten salt had been obtained when the steel was heattreated. In this paper, the technical parameters of electroplating in molten salt and corrosion resistance as well as oxidation resistance of electroplating layer had been studied primarily. It shows that the structure of coating was singlephase aluminum; the thickness of plating was determined by the technical parameters of electroplating. The thickness of plating increased with the increase of current density and electroplating time. After electroplating aluminum on Q235 steel, the corrosion resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance of plating layer have been improved dramatically. After electroplating aluminum in molten salt, the steel can be taken out from molten salt directly to quench. Consequently, besides all capability of heat treatment is obtained, the surface of steel features very good corrosion resistance.
