摘要 介绍了一种新型的以电动控制阀为执行器的变排量压缩机,并从压缩机的变排量机理、系统的稳定性、容量控制方案和控制算法等方面对汽车空调制冷系统变容量控制问题进行了理论和实验研究。指出作为一种新型容量调节元件,电动控制型变排量压缩机弥补了以往制冷系统出现的车室温度波动大、蒸发器易结霜和系统振荡的缺点,有极好的应用前景。 A special wobble-plate type variable displacement compressor(VDC),which is using electronic control valve as actuator,is introduced. The variable capacity-control(VCC) of automotive air conditioning system (AACS) is primarily discussed here,including the variable displacement mechanism of VDC,system's stability,control scheme design and control algorithm decision,etc,which can be useful for the study on multiple-unit variable capacity control of AACS. And it is pointed that as a new VCC component,the electronic VDC can make steady temperature in chamber,avoid the evaporator from frosting and it can also resolve system's hunting problem.These make its fantastic foreground.
