摘要
追溯了中央商务区 (CBD)的缘起和本质特征。根据新近的实证调研结果 ,分析了当前国内大中城市中央商务区 (CBD)规划建设的特点和存在的不良现象 ,并依据国际上中央商务区 (CBD)演进的基本特征 ,运用宏观经济相关分析方法进行分析和比较 ,从宏观层面对当前城市中央商务区(CBD)规划建设的规模和布局提出规划建议 。
This study traces back to the origin and nature of CBD, and analyzes the misunderstanding in CBD planning and construction in most big cities nowadays. Based on an international review of basic evolution characteristics of CBD, it makes suggestions on scale and layout of CBD planning through macro-economic analysis and comparison, in order to lead city functions more rationally and practically.
