摘要
本文从当前大学生管理能力现状出发,分析了大学生科学管理能力缺失的成因,指出大学生科学管理能力的培养是时代对大学生的特殊要求,科学管理能力是大学生的基本素质。加强大学生科学管理能力培养是适应未来社会发展的必然选择,势在必行。
According to the situation of current college students' management ability,this paper analysis the cause of the default management ability,besides this it points that for the college students it is the peculiar demand to train the scientific management ability and scientific management ability is the basic constitute to the college students.And it is inevitable choice to adapt to the future society development,and it is imperative under the situation to strengthen the college students' ability of scientific management.
