摘要
随着我国社会主义市场经济体制改革的推进以及金融国际化的迅速扩张 ,我国原有的金融监管体系也在不断演进 ,正处在计划和市场的双轨阶段。面对入世的挑战 ,亟待调整现有的金融监管体系。本文从激励机制方面探究我国商业银行监管中存在的问题 ,并提出一些对策思考。
With the advances in the structural reform of the socialist market economy in China and the rapid expansion of internationalization of finance sectors, the existing supervision system of finance is experiencing constant evolution in China. It is now at a stage of co-existence of planned and market systems. Confronted with the challenges caused by the entry of China into WTO, a timely re-adjustment of the finance supervision systems is imperative. This paper discusses some problems in the incentive mechanisms that exist in supervision over commercial banks in China and suggests some solutions.
