摘要
采用有限元方法对液压机中的主液压缸、横梁和立柱进行结构设计。得到了详细的应 力、应变分布云图及应力集中和最大变形的位置。根据分析结果,优化设计方案,并重新进行数值模 拟,使设计达到要求。
Main hydraulic cylinder columns and cross beams of hydraulic press are designed with finite ele-ment method. Contours of stress and strain and the positions of stress concentration and the largest deforma-tion are obtained. Design plan is optimized on the basis of the results and analyzed again by numerical simula-tion. The design satisfies the requirements.
