摘要
城市地下空间规划的重要性已逐渐为人们所认识 ,而在规划中应注意的一些重要原则常常被忽视 ,本文对城市地下空间规划时应着重处理好的“需要”与“可能”、“地上”与“地下”、“公共”与“私有”、“封闭”与“开敞”、“平时”与“灾时”、“近期”与“远期”等六个关系提出了原则性的建议。
The public is gradually understands the importance of urban underground space planning, however, some important principles in planning are neglected. In this paper, six relationships that should be well treated during urban underground space planning are pointed out, namely, the relationship between 'necessity' and 'possibility', 'aboveground 'and 'underground', 'public ' and 'private', 'close' and 'open', 'daily use' and 'use in case of disaster', 'short term' and 'long term'. Some suggestions for treating these relationships are presented.
