摘要
对发电机进相运行的实验数据以及国内已发生的电厂事故进行了分析,指出在机组失磁时,系统低电压判据往往不能动作,如果用该判据作为失磁保护出口跳闸的必要条件,则会使失磁保护拒动。同时讨论了失磁保护拒动将给系统和机组带来的危害。经分析指出,让失磁机组继续运行给系统带来的破坏往往更甚于切除机组的影响,甚至造成大面积停电事故。因此,系统低电压判据不应作为失磁保护出口跳闸的必要条件。
Based on the analysis of phase advance operation data and several accidents occurred in domestic power plants,it is pointed out that the system low voltage criterion cannot function reliably when field-loss occurs. And if the criterion were used as the necessary condition for tripping,it would lead to misoperation of field-loss protection. The harm caused by it to power system and generator unit is then discussed. To allow the field-loss generator keeping operation is more harm-ful than shutdown,it may cause large area blackout. Therefore,the system low voltage criterion should not be used as the necessary condition for tripping.
